Tyvior uses Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and TikTok Pixel, which may constitute "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page allows you to submit a request to opt out of such sharing.
Who can exercise this right
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, Minnesota, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Florida (and authorized agents on their behalf).
What opting out means
Once you opt out, we will stop transmitting (or commit not to start transmitting) your personal information to advertising partners for the purpose of targeted ads for at least 12 months (CCPA/CPRA §1798.135(c)(4)). Your opt-out does not affect order fulfillment, customer service, or analytics necessary to operate the site.
