Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Free Standard Shipping): Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing for a flat rate of $9.99.

Right to Cancel on Delay

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you by email. You may consent to a revised shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. For expedited service, Express Shipping is available for $9.99.

Shipping Address Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Sales Tax Disclosure

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at tyvior@outlook.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
