State-specific Consumer Rights

California

California residents have specific refund rights under California Civil Code §1723. This policy is intended to satisfy those disclosure requirements and does not waive any consumer protections under California state law.

New York

Under N.Y. GBL §218-a, our refund policy discloses: (1) exceptions for items marked 'sale' or 'as-is'; (2) whether proof of purchase is required; (3) refund timeframe; (4) refund method (cash, credit, exchange); (5) any restocking fee. Absence of policy entitles the consumer to a 30-day refund right.

Massachusetts

Under 940 CMR 6.12, 'All Sales Final' or any restriction on returns must be clearly disclosed before the consumer completes the purchase. Failure to disclose is an unfair or deceptive trade practice under M.G.L. c. 93A.

Florida

According to Fla. Stat. §501.142, if the merchant does not accept returns, a conspicuous notice must be posted. Absence of any notice entitles the consumer to a 7-day return right (some sources cite 30 days for online sales).

Hawaii

Haw. Rev. Stat. §481B-5.5(b)(1) requires a mandatory conspicuous sign disclosing the refund policy. Absence of disclosure obligates the merchant to issue a refund.

Utah

Under Utah Admin. Code R152-11-10, adequate disclosure of the return policy on the website is required. Absence of disclosure entitles the consumer to return the item for a refund.

Connecticut

Conn. Agencies Regs. §42-110b-19 states that if no refund policy is posted, the default rule is a 7-day refund right for the consumer.

Virginia

Va. Code §59.1-200(A)(46) requires that the refund policy must be 'readily noticeable' at the point of sale. The Consumer Protection Act exempts merchants who offer a full unconditional refund within 20 days.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at tyvior@outlook.com for a replacement or refund, regardless of the standard return window.
